Terms and Conditions

Effective from January 1, 2025

1. Basic Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the service provider and the customer when using Tripevou's premium transportation services.

1.3. Customer means any natural or legal person who orders transportation services from the provider.

1.4. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and fully agree with these Terms and Conditions.


2. Services

2.1. The provider offers premium transportation services including:

  • Airport transfers (arrivals and departures)
  • Business transportation
  • International transportation
  • Special event transportation
  • Hourly vehicle rental with driver

2.2. All services are provided with luxury vehicles and professional drivers.

2.3. The provider commits to providing services with maximum care and professionalism.


3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1. Bookings can be made:

  • Through the online booking form on the website
  • By phone
  • By email

3.2. The booking must include:

  • Customer name and contact details
  • Pick-up date and time
  • Pick-up location and destination
  • Number of passengers and luggage
  • Special requirements (child seats, etc.)

3.3. A binding contract is formed when the provider confirms the booking by email or phone.

3.4. For airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.


4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1. Prices are determined by:

  • Type of route (airport transfer, distance, hourly rate)
  • Vehicle category (Sedan, Combi, Van)
  • Additional services (child seats, waiting time, etc.)

4.2. All prices include VAT.

4.3. Surcharges:

  • Night surcharge (22:00 - 06:00): according to price list
  • Waiting time beyond agreed time: according to hourly rate
  • Additional stops: according to price list

4.4. Payment methods:

  • Cash in vehicle
  • Payment card in vehicle (+€2 fee)
  • Bank transfer (for corporate clients)

4.5. Card payments incur a €2 processing fee.


5. Cancellation and Changes

5.1. Free cancellation:

  • More than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up - no charge
  • 12-24 hours before pick-up - 50% of service price
  • Less than 12 hours - 100% of service price

5.2. Changes to bookings can be made no later than 6 hours before scheduled pick-up.

5.3. In case of delayed flights, the provider monitors flight information and adjusts pick-up time without additional charges.


6. Provider Rights and Obligations

6.1. The provider commits to:

  • Provide service at the agreed time and place
  • Provide a clean and functional vehicle
  • Provide a professional driver
  • Monitor flights for airport transfers
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism

6.2. The provider has the right to refuse transportation to persons who:

  • Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Endanger driving safety
  • Damage the vehicle
  • Behave inappropriately toward the driver

6.3. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, traffic restrictions), the provider reserves the right to modify or cancel service without penalty.


7. Customer Rights and Obligations

7.1. The customer commits to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking
  • Be ready for pick-up at the agreed time
  • Inform the provider of changes with sufficient notice
  • Behave appropriately toward the driver and not damage the vehicle
  • Pay for the service using the agreed method

7.2. The customer has the right to:

  • Expect quality and professional service
  • Request adherence to agreed time and place
  • File complaints for inadequately provided service

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1. All vehicles are properly insured according to applicable legal regulations.

8.2. The provider is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to luggage unless taken into the driver's custody
  • Delays caused by traffic situations beyond the provider's control
  • Damages caused by customer actions

8.3. The customer is liable for damages to the vehicle during transportation.


9. Complaints

9.1. Complaints can be filed:

  • In writing to the company address

9.2. The complaint must include:

  • Date and time of service
  • Description of the problem
  • Customer contact details

9.3. The provider commits to resolving complaints within 30 days of receipt.


10. Privacy

10.1. Personal data processing is governed by GDPR and our privacy policy.

10.2. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing transportation services.


11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are effective from January 1, 2025.

11.2. The provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

11.3. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.

11.4. In case of disputes, parties commit to resolving them primarily through agreement. If out-of-court resolution fails, Slovak Republic courts have jurisdiction.
